Go Liesl go!! You have grasped the most important thing -- you just have to put one foot in front of another and GO. Running is the ONLY time in my life when my brain unfurls. I am convinced it is where my best problem solving happens (or starts, at least!!). I share some of your other feelings too - I just received a 50 page DISC report on myself yesterday that I had to take at work and it was full of phrases like, "you like to have everything laid out for you and very few surprises." No one got that memo when they blessed me with two children over the past 15 years!! Ziplining in March was probably my ultimate "take that" to my desire for predictability.
